Implementation

The original idea was a fully centralized system to standardize the comunication between the headquarters and the fuel-stations, in oder to optimize data entry and eliminate human errors.

Another major objective of the solution was to ensure the correct operation of the company's internal procedures.

The current software system of OMV Romania, contains a suite of applications, all integrated together, that treat areas of the increasingly diverse needs in company activities, such as cooperation between various departments, document management, supply chain management, finance and more.
