The current software system of OMV Romania, contains a suite of applications, all integrated together, that treat areas of the increasingly diverse needs in company activities, such as cooperation between various departments, document management, supply chain management, finance and more.

The objective is to do more efficient work from all points of
view: better contracts with suppliers, fewer accidents, cheapest
revisions, lower fuel costs, etc.
Internal management procedures for fleet can be implemented in a
computer system that can eliminate human intervention which makes
hard to obtain information and can cause errors.
Statistics and reports for top management can be done automatically by a computer system.

Opertional departaments should able to plan with as little effort, ensuring that all regulations are met and business indicators ware taken into account.
Can shape the rules and verification mechanisms to be made
automatically. Also, definig certain rules of verification and
automation largely eliminate the errors caused by human
intervention which in many cases lead to major financial
losses.
Another aspect is the generation of reports and statistics on the
departament and employees activity.

System allows all project managers to know in real time status of each resource and its degree of occupation. A resource can not be planned at the same time for all project managers.
On the other hand, the time spend by project managers to carry out
manual reports after work completed should be minimized so that
their activities will be oriented to optimize planning and not by
editing reports.
